Identified - We are currently experiencing service degradation due to an ongoing AWS outage in the US-EAST-1 region. This is impacting parts of our infrastructure and causing instability in some Panda Video features.

As a result, you may notice:
• Delays in video processing
• Issues during uploads
• Temporary slowdown in background tasks

Our engineering team is actively working to mitigate the impact and restore full service availability. We are monitoring AWS closely and will provide updates as soon as we have more information or a resolution.
